Meet the Therapist
Aubrey utilizes a holistic view while embracing each persons unique experiences and individuality. Many of us feel overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, anxious, worried, angry, hopeless, or sad at times, and Aubrey works with you to find the most effective techniques and skills to support in facing challenges and finding relief.
Aubrey draws from a variety of highly researched and evidence based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Approach. She has additional specialized experience as a trained EMDR trauma therapist and a trained EFT couples therapist, and has worked in the mental health field for 12+ years. Clients are supported in finding and using approaches that best meet their needs.
